Mega PTM 3.1 Budget Released: AP Government Sanctions Nearly ₹10 Crore for Schools

In a major initiative to ensure the successful conduct of Mega PTM 3.1, the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, has sanctioned ₹9,98,99,100 (₹9.99 Crore) for Government and Aided schools and colleges across the state.

According to the official proceedings dated 22 July 2026, Mega PTM 3.1 will be conducted on 24 July 2026 in all Government and Aided educational institutions as per the Government Memo dated 16 July 2026.

The proceedings also provide district-wise allocations for all 26 districts.

Important Instructions to APCs and Headmasters

The State Project Director has issued the following key directions:

Funds must be released to schools on the same day.

Amount should be credited only to Non-PFMS Accounts or the DDO Current Account.

PFMS-linked school accounts should not be used.

Schools without a Non-PFMS account should receive funds through the concerned MEO-I Non-PFMS Account.

All fund transfers must be completed before 4:00 PM on the release day.

Any delay will be viewed seriously.

Special Instructions

Budget for ASR and Polavaram districts will be routed through the APC of ASR District.

Budget for Prakasam and Markapuram districts will be routed through the APC of Prakasam District.
