Important Instructions for Conducting AP FA1 Exams
- Question papers for Classes 1 to 5 will be stored securely at the School Complex.
- Question papers for Classes 6 to 10 will be stored at the MRC.
- MEOs 1 & 2 and School Complex Headmasters will be custodians of the preserved papers.
- Question paper bundles should be handed over to schools only one hour before the commencement of the examination in each session.
- School Complex HMs and MEOs must ensure the integrity of question papers.
- MEOs, School Complex HMs and CRPs should visit schools during examination hours.
- Any untoward incident should immediately be reported to higher officials.
- Monitoring should cover both government and private-managed schools.

For applicable classes, the annual assessment gives 80% weightage to SA-II and 20% weightage to internal assessment.
