The grants are intended to support the smooth conduct of cluster meetings and related academic activities across the state.
The proceedings were issued by the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, on 31 August 2026. The sanctioned amount will be released to the concerned District Educational Officers through SNA-SPARSH for onward release to the clusters.

Funds to be Released to Clusters
The Chief Accounts Officer has been directed to disburse the sanctioned amount through SNA-SPARSH to the concerned District Educational Officers against their respective SCO codes. The expenditure is to be met under the Samagra Shiksha budget provision for Quality Interventions – Academic Support through BRC/URC/CRC.
The proceedings further direct the District Educational Officers to release the budget to the concerned clusters immediately for 2026-27.
Online Expenditure Upload and Approval
An important instruction has also been issued regarding utilisation of the annual grants.
The expenditure is required to be uploaded in the PRABANDH portal. Cluster school Headmasters are also to upload the estimation and expenditure in the app for online approval by the concerned APCs.
