How Will the BRC Grants Be Released?
The Chief Accounts Officer has been directed to disburse the sanctioned amount under SNA-SPARSH through CFMS to the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) of the Office of the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, for release to the concerned 26 District Educational Officers against their respective SCO codes.
Instructions for District Educational Officers and MEOs
The District Educational Officers have been directed to release the budget to the MRCs in their respective districts for the 2026-27 academic year.
The proceedings also require the expenditure to be uploaded in the PRABANDH portal. The concerned MEOs have to upload the estimation and expenditure details in the app for online approval by the concerned APC for utilisation of the annual grants.
